What is the check-in process?

Upon arrival, everyone must first register in the Registration Office, located at the entrance of the park under our sign.

What is check-in time?

Please arrive during the check-in window of between 4:00PM & 10:00PM. Please contact the after hours number (509) 276-2350 if you are arriving later than 10:00PM to make special arrangements.

What if I can't arrive until after 10:00PM?

What time is check-out time?

Check-out time is 11:00AM

Do you require advance reservations or can we show up without a reservation?

We do require advance reservations. Please make a reservation in advance.

Am I guaranteed to have a site if I make an advance reservation?

Yes.

 

What site number do I have when I make a reservation?

Site numbers are not pre-assigned and are chosen on a first-come, first-serve basis. We try our best to make everyone happy but make no promise or guarantee on the site you receive.

I really want to be next to a specific RV who also has a reservation with you, what should I do?

We will try our best to keep everyone together who wants to be. Again, sites are chosen on a first-come, first-serve basis. We make no promise or guarantee on the site you receive.

Can you just hold a site for me with cones so I can be next to a specific RV?

No, we will not do this. Our park is not very big, so you should be close to whom you want.

How do I guarantee I will have a waterfront site?

We consider all of our sites to have at least a partial view of the water, but only a few are truly waterfront (please look at our online site map). We do not charge more or less for these sites because again all sites are first-come first serve. We cannot guarantee a waterfront site.

 

Do you allow campfires?

We do, as long as a burn ban is not in effect. If a burn ban is in effect, we strictly enforce a no campfire rule. You need to bring your own portable fire pit. It must be raised off the ground to not burn the grass.

Can we use a propane outdoor burning devices if there is a burn ban in effect?

Yes. These are normally allowed when a burn ban is in effect.

How many tents can I put in a tent site?

We allow a maximum of two tents in a tent site. If you have additional tents, you need to reserve additional tent sites.

Can I put a tent with my RV in an RV Site?

We allow this as long as the tent fits in the RV Site. Generally, we allow an extra tent as long as your RV is under 30 feet in length.

Can I put a tent next to my rental cottage?

No, we do not allow extra tents in that area. You need to reserve a separate tent site.

Is there a charge to park extra vehicles?

Your reservation includes one vehicle at no charge. Extra vehicles are charged $5.00 per day, and this is paid directly at the park. Extra vehicles must be parked in designated parking areas near the entrance of the park.

Do you allow pets?

Yes, but only if you are camping in an RV Site or tent site. Pets are not allowed in our rental units. We do not allow vicious dog breeds. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times, and picked up after.

What is the pet fee?

Pets stay free at our RV Park.

How big are the RV Sites?

Our RV Sites should be able to accommodate an RV under 40 feet in size. Please contact us directly if your RV is over 40 feet, we may still be able to accommodate it.

Do your sites have power, water, sewer at the RV sites?

Our sites have 30 AMP power and water. We do not have 50 AMP sites or sewer hook ups.

Do you have a dump station on site.

No. Because we are a waterfront RV Park, the Health Department will not allow us to do RV dumping at the park.

Where is the nearest dump station?

We suggest using the public dump station at Riverside State Park - Bowl & Pitcher. They charge $5 and are 18 miles away, on the way back towards Spokane.

Do you have public bathrooms and showers?

Yes, we have a bathhouse and shower house. We do not charge to use showers.

Do you have laundry on site?

Yes, we have coin-operated laundry on site.

Do you have wi-fi at the park?

Yes, but wi-fi is only available in the clubhouse and not out at the RV Sites. The wi-fi is free to use.

How good is the cell phone service at the park?

Cell phone service is very limited.

Does my campground reservation for a tent site, RV Site, or rental unit include using the boat launch?

Yes. There is no extra charge to launch your boat or boat moorage. This is only for one boat however, extra boats must pay to use the boat launch.

If I have a reservation, how much does it cost to park my boat or jet ski on your docks?

It is free to use our docks for moorage.

If I am not camping, how much does it cost to launch a boat for the day?

The rate is $17.00, and this includes parking for your tow truck and trailer for the day.

What hours is the boat launch open? I want to launch early/late

You can launch 24 hours a day! We have a drop box on site, so please bring cash or check.

How much does day use cost?

The cost for day use is $10.00 per car. 

How much does it cost to launch a kayak, paddle board, canoe, or something similar (if I am not camping)?

A water vessel similar to kayak's is considered "car day use" and the charge is $10.00 per car.

Do you have monthly or yearly boat moorage available?

No. Our docks are reserved only for guests staying and using our RV Park.

When is the RV Park open?

Generally March 1-November 1st, depending on weather. Sometimes we are open a few weeks into November.  We are open for the 2024 season.

Do you have a store on site?

We do sell a limited number of items on site at the RV park. There is a large grocery store (Rosauers) roughly 10 minutes from our park where you should be able to purchase extra things you might need.

 

What is the cancellation policy?

 

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations are taken by the reservation desk only, Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm at (360) 466-4468 or email resort1214@gmail.com. To cancel a reservation, you must call or email 3 days prior to arrival for a full refund. Under 3 days, no refund will be given. Full charge for no-show.

What if we cancel with less than three days notice?

Please book with the knowledge that under 3 days, no refund will be given. We can offer a rain check in extraordinary circumstances
